This is a premium quality Ceylon black tea that is grown in the Uva province in Sri Lanka. This tea is a combination of mid and small sized tea leaves and has a balance of sweet muscatel body which is a sweetness mixed with a woody aromas for a fresh and enlivening finish.
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 85˚c–95˚c and allow to infuse for 3–4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
