We're Here To Help
Our service to you aims to keep things simple and help your order arrive to you safely and on time. Each order is picked and independently checked before being carefully wrapped to arrive to you safely. We ship your order in 1-2 business days so it arrives to you as soon as possible.
- Enjoy Free shipping anywhere in Australia with product orders over $120. Free shipping threshold applies after discounts are applied.
- Free Shipping does not apply to Furniture items - Delivery fee is invoiced separately.
- Carbon from our deliveries is offset by our shipping partner Australia Post.
- Orders ship in 1-2 business days.

All deliveries can be tracked with the Tracking number you receive once your item is shipped. Please visit Australia Post https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search
Progress on your shipment will be provided via email or SMS.
Signature on Receipt
We want your order to arrive safely, for this reason, we request a signature on delivery for all parcels. Please use an address where somebody is available to sign for the parcel. If nobody is available, a collection card will be left and you can arrange to pick-up your order or arrange redelivery.
If you’ve given Authority to Leave in your Australia Post profile or requested delivery without a signature, we’ll always do what we can to assist. However, please note that we’re unable to offer compensation for parcels that are lost, stolen, or not received once delivery has been confirmed by the courier.
Late Parcels
During Peak times please allow up to 2 to 3 additional days for your shipment to arrive.
Please refer to your tracking page for progress on your shipment. If a shipment has passed its expected delivery date or due date then please email us at hello@simplebeautifulthinga.com.au and we are happy to follow up on your behalf.
Once you advise us of a delay we will lodge a parcel investigation with the courier. This takes up to 5 to 10 business days for the shippers to investigate and locate your shipment. Typically we find that items are delivered within 2 to 3 days of the expected delivery date.
Damages
We take care to ensure that your items arrive to you safely. If your item is damaged in transit it is essential for you to follow these guidelines.
Australia Post: You will need to take your parcel and the damaged items to your local Australia Post Office for them to assess. We apologies for this inconvenience however we are unable to proceed with a claim without your help.
Return to Sender
If your parcel is returned to us as Return to Sender due to incorrect address details or items not being collected on time a $15 Return to sender fee will be deducted from your refund. If you would like us to resend the item then Standard Postage Rates will apply.
