Refund policy

Returns

We know sometimes things change. So to help you Simple Beautiful Things offers postage paid returns on full price purchases in Australia.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase from Simple Beautiful Things you can return your item(s) for a refund within 21 days of purchase. So we can help you please make sure to return your items in original condition and in the original packaging. Refund is available for the value paid of the returned items. Shipping costs are not refunded.

The easiest way for you to return your item(s) is to email hello@simplebeautifulthings.com.au and we will forward you a pre-paid label to attach to your parcel. Your return will be processed by us within 2 business days of receipt. It may take your payment provider up to 7 days to process the credit to your account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packaging.

Sale items or items purchased during sale events or promotional offers are not eligible for returns unless for manufacturers defects or warranty. This does not apply to our Welcome / First Order discount.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often 5 - 7 days processing time before a refund is posted by your bank.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@simplebeautifulthings.com.au. 

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned. Sale items are not eligible for returns.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item we will process as two separate transactions. Please contact us at hello@simplebeautifulthings.com.au to arrange the return. Process will forward standard return guidelines.

For the replacement items you can purchase these online as per your original transaction.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be advised about your return.
