Before first use: Remove stickers, fill with boiling water and vinegar and leave briefly before rinsing.

Dishwasher cleaning: RIESS Premium Enamel can be washed in the dishwasher. We recommend hand washing to maintain the brilliant shine of enamel for longer. If using the dishwasher, select the gentle glassware programme to preserve the lustre and radiance of the enamel.

• Before loading, remove food residue or burnt bits by filling the still-warm cookware with warm water and detergent after cooking and emptying – never use cold water. The cookware will clean effortlessly after brief soaking.
• For particularly stubborn or burnt food residue, briefly boil water and detergent in the pot.
• Do not use wire brushes, steel wool or abrasive powders containing sand, and sponges with ceramic particles.

Additional helpful care tips

• Store cookware thoroughly dried. Any lime scale marks can be easily removed with vinegar water.
• Should surface rust form on exposed enamel edges or the rim, it can be easily removed with detergent.
• Exposed enamel edges can be occasionally treated with cooking oil.
