How does it work? Gift cards are 100% digital — no physical card, no postage. Once purchased, a unique gift card code is sent to the email address used at checkout.

Can I choose any value? We offer a range of set denominations. To reach a specific value, simply add multiple denominations to your cart — for example, a $50 + $25 card to gift $75 or updating the quantity to 2 on a $100 to gift $200. Codes can be used together or separately at checkout.

Can I send it directly to the recipient? The gift card code is sent to the purchasing email address. To gift it, simply forward the email on to your recipient. If you'd like us to send it directly to them, get in touch and we'll take care of it for you.

Where can it be redeemed? Gift cards can be used on our online store or in person at our Chippendale shop. The balance updates automatically after each use, so it can be spent across multiple orders.

Does it expire? Yes, gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
