Description
A naturopath blend of organic herbs, to help support women’s health. Herbs used in this blend, including red clover, sage and lemon balm, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, help regulate hormonal balance, and reduce the severity of hot flushes. This holistic blend offers a refreshing mint flavour, with delicate hints of lemon, sage, and soft lavender.
This blend is caffeine free.
Brewing instructions
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75˚c–85˚c and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
