Description
A caffeine free blend of naturopath selected organic herbs, to help support a deeper, more rejuvenating sleep cycle. Herbs used in this blend include passion flower, valerian and lavender that have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, aid relaxation and improve sleep quality. This is a gentle, comforting blend of earthy botanicals, which offers a smooth, slightly sweet and refined mint finish.
Brewing instructions
Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.
