We aim to ship all orders next business day. Delivery times are generally 4 - 7 business days for metropolitan areas of New Zealand. Please include an additional 6 - 11 days for all other locations.

Zealand. We’ll let you know as soon as this changes.

We will provide you with tracking information when we ship your order so you’ll know where it is each step of the way. Please click here to track your order.

Standard Shipping to New Zealand is $15.00.

Click and collect orders are ready within 24 hours from our Chippendale store in Sydney, during regular store hours. You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready for collection.

If you need to collect outside of regular store hours, please contact us by email or phone—we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please bring your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

We hold click and collect orders for three weeks from the order date. If you need more time, let us know. After three weeks, orders are returned to stock and a store credit is issued for the order value.

If someone else will be collecting your order, please email us beforehand with the collector’s name. They will need to bring your order confirmation email for pickup.

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase from Simple Beautiful Things, you can return eligible item(s) for a refund within 21 days of purchase.

For change-of-mind returns from New Zealand, return postage is at the customer’s cost. We recommend using a tracked postal service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us. We’re unable to take responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in return transit.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Once received, returns are inspected and processed within 2 business days. Your payment provider may then take up to 7 days to credit the refund to your account.

Gift cards are 100% digital — no physical card, no postage. Once purchased, a unique gift card code is sent to the email address used at checkout.

We offer a range of set denominations. To reach a specific value, simply add multiple denominations to your cart — for example, a $50 + $25 card to gift $75 or updating the quantity to 2 on a $100 to gift $200. Codes can be used together or separately at checkout.

Shop Gift Card

The gift card code is sent to the purchasing email address. To gift it, simply forward the email on to your recipient. If you'd like us to send it directly to them, get in touch and we'll take care of it for you.

Gift cards can be used on our online store or in person at our Chippendale shop. The balance updates automatically after each use, so it can be spent across multiple orders.

Yes, gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
